These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern all use of the py999 online gaming platform ("py999", "the Platform", "the Website") accessible at py999.bid and any related mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or services offered under the py999 brand. py999 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming operator subject to the conditions of its gaming licence.

• Not a Problem Gambler Under a Formal Order: You must not be subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or formal medical recommendation prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• One Account Only: You must not already hold an active or previously closed py999 account. Each person is entitled to a maximum of one py999 account throughout their lifetime.
• Not a py999 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of py999 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

py999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility at any point during a Member's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by py999 may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access py999's gaming products — including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and Super Bingo — you must register a Member account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address if prompted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your py999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. • Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or use your py999 account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

py999 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification to confirm Member identity, age, and source of funds where applicable. KYC is a mandatory regulatory requirement and is not optional.

Standard KYC documents required by py999 include:

py999 aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence may take longer. During any pending KYC review, py999 may place a hold on withdrawal requests. Deposits and gameplay are not affected by pending KYC except at py999's discretion in cases of suspected fraud or AML concern.

py999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits that may be updated from time to time:

All deposits made to py999 must come from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source minus any bank processing fees incurred.

py999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reason to believe it is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a prohibited payment source. In such cases, py999 will notify the Member and provide the opportunity to clarify the source of funds.

Withdrawal of funds from your py999 account balance is subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by Members with pending KYC will be placed in a hold queue until KYC is cleared.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. py999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though py999 may impose processing timeframes on large withdrawals for AML and compliance reasons.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the following standard timeframes: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — under 15 minutes; Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) — within 24 business hours; USDT — within 1 hour of confirmation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is met results in forfeiture of the bonus balance only — real-money funds remain unaffected.
• py999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds under AML guidelines.

py999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, free spin awards, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated at the point of the offer.
• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible Members only. py999 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion if py999 reasonably determines that the Member has misused or attempted to circumvent bonus conditions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the older bonus.

By using any gaming product on py999 — including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot games, virtual sports, and Super Bingo — you accept the following general gaming rules in addition to any product-specific rules:

• All bets placed on py999 are final once confirmed. py999 does not cancel or void bets based on a Member's change of mind after confirmation.
• py999 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, technical fault, or corrupted data feed is identified that materially affected the offered odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a game interruption due to server failure, connection loss, or force majeure, py999 will apply its best-efforts policy: where a reliable outcome record exists, the bet will be settled accordingly; where no reliable outcome can be confirmed, the stake will be refunded.
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results from governing bodies including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, and other relevant cricket authorities. Delay in official results does not constitute grounds for voiding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on py999. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one py999 account, whether under your own identity or under the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over py999 or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events offered on py999's cricket or other sports betting markets.
• Using py999 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that breaches applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a system error may be voided and reclaimed by py999.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the py999 platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any py999 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any py999 software or platform code.
• Using py999 content for commercial purposes, advertising, or any form of public display without authorisation.
• Framing or mirroring py999 or any part of the platform on any other website or digital environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, py999 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following categories of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the py999 platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from reliance on information provided on the py999 platform, including odds, statistics, or game-related data.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events beyond py999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from third-party game provider malfunctions, live feed disruptions, or random number generator outcomes.

Where py999 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the total aggregate liability of py999 to any Member in connection with any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the Member to py999 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit py999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

py999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Member is under 21 years of age pending age verification.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant. py999 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related fees or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, py999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit that balance. Where closure is due to any other reason, py999 will return the verified real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have a dispute with py999 regarding any aspect of your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should follow the py999 dispute resolution procedure in the following order:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which py999's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent py999 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests pending the resolution of a formal dispute.
